The Holiday Apartment
The studio appartment is because of the ideal location perfect for businessmen as well as for vacationers (city center by the streetcar reachable in 20 minutes directly accessible, U4 and U6 nearby, on the other hand, 3 minutes by car to the Viennese woods and the local centre of Grinzing). Thus work and vacation can be well connected with each other. Not suitable is the apartment for little children!
The bright holiday apartment exists of a spacious residential bedroom with kitchen area, glazed loggia, antechamber with installation boxes (storage room) and a bath / WC with shower. The best drinking water quality!
In front of the building are gardens with high trees. The holiday apartment is on the uppermost floor, it is accessible via the garage without steps. In the apartment hang watercolors of a Viennese artist which are also to be bought.

Döbling is famous for its places and vineyards, like Grinzing, Sievering, Nussdorf or Salmanndorf which are to be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot.
Döbling is located for the most part in the local holiday area of Viennese woods which offers numerous leisure time possibilities and trip possibilities. The next wine bar is 5 walking minutes away. There are a lot of big parks and children's playgrounds in immediate nearness.
Bus and streetcar stops as well as a taxi stands are located in front of the house. All shops, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, cafes, video libraries as well as sports possibilities, a shopping centre and also two private hospitals are in the near surroundings.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

by Ms. Jeannine from KarlsruheEine sehr helle, sympathisch eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es für einen Gast an nichts mangelnd: Tee, Kaffee, Gewürze, Stadtpläne, Musikanlage mit Ipod Anschluss- alles für einen ersten Start in Wien ist vorhanden. Zudem ist die Wohnung ruhig, mit Blick ins Grüne und gleichzeitig verkehrsgünstig. Meine Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen- einfach von Herzen empfehlenswert!

"Ersatzwohnung" wegen Umbauarbeiten im eigenen Heim

by H. Grand from WienDiese gemütliche und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, eine Loggia - Ruhezone beim morgendlichen Frühstück und am Abend beim "Chillout". Reichlich ausgestattete Küche.
Generell sehr gemütlich – man fühlt sich nach einigen Tagen wie zuhause. Die Vermieterin Adelheid war immer erreichbar – auch als einmal das Eingangsschloß seinen Dienst aufgab.
Perfekt für Touristen (bis zu drei Personen), mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 20 min im Wienerwald und in der gleichen Zeit in der Wiener Innenstadt. Diese Kleinwohnung ist rundum mit einer „1“ zu bewerten.4 of 4 persons think this rating is helpful
