The Apartment

This very nice and cozy vacation apartment is currently under construction. After the construction phase there will be a completely new bathroom, a new kitchen and new flooring. Also the apartment will offer very nice and convenient furnishing.

The apartment is suitable for an occupancy of 2 - 3 persons and offers a double bed with the measruements 160x200 cm. There is also a cozy sofa available which can be used for an additional person.

W-lan is certainly available. The complete equipped kitchenette offers a counter, a refridgerator, a microwave etc..
The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath, wash basin, toilet and blow dryer.

The apartment is an absolute non-smoking apartment.

Location and surroundings

The Bramfeld Lake is within walking distance and invites you to go for a pleasant walk, go joggin or nordic walking, bicycle-riding etc.

The city centre is about 7 km north east and reachable by car within 15 minutes. The subway and 7 different bus routes are within walking distance.

If you like to go swimming, there is a public swimming pool within a walking distance of two minutes. Shopping facilities for the daily demand are in about 200m of distance from the vacation apartment.

The "Otto group" , the world largest mail order company, is located at about three minutes by car.

   Der Empfang durch Frau Fröscher ist sehr herzlich und hinterlässt bereits den ersten guten Eindruck. Wenn sich die Tür des Apartments öffnet, ist man froh dort und nicht im Radisson zu sein. Einfach schön und einladend! In diesem Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu bekochen und somit unabhängig von Gastrobetrieben zu sein. Man kann sich in Fußwegdistanz in diversen Geschäften komplett mit allem nötigen eindecken. Das Bett ist mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Wir haben bestens geschlafen. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Badeland. Wer also auch beim Schwimmen entspannen möchte, findet auch hier alles, was er braucht. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht! Und das nur wenige Minuten nachdem wir das Apartment betreten haben!

   Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Wir konnten uns prima selbst verpflegen. Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Wir haben bestens geschlummert, wozu auch die guten Matratzen beigetragen haben. Der See in der Nähe lädt zum Spaziergang ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten Fußweg gut zu erreichen und vom Angebot völlig ausreichend. Der Supermarkt ist fantastisch und umfangreich sortiert.
   Bushaltestellen sind in 5 Min. erreichbar. Wenn man nicht direkt in Hamburg nächtigen möchte, ist diese nette Unterkunft eine wunderbare Möglichkeit. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar, sehr sympathisch und wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
   
   Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

   Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Ausstattung modern und freundlich, nette Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. eine Tee-Auswahl und frische Blumen auf dem Tisch machen es sehr wohnlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

   wir waren im Juli 10 für 5 Tage in Hamburg. Mit dieser Wohnung haben wir einen guten Fang gemacht! Sehr schöne und ruhige FW und mit allem eingerichtet (Küche), sehr gute Anbindung was den ÖPNV in Richtung Zentrum angeht. Schöne Spaziergänge um den Bramfelder See und den Ohlsdorfer Friedhof. Sehr netter Empfang und Vermieterin!
   
   Rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder!!!!!!
