	The vacation rental Our vacation villa is located in a calm scenery full of shade. It's surrounded by a big garden and four terraces. The living room is adjacent to a big terrace which provides a view of the sea (in the distance). The living room contains AC and TV (with SAT). There are two bedrooms also with AC and with a bathroom each. One with bath and a bidet, the other bathroom with shower. One extra sleepingroom for 2 single persons. In the garden there is a small place for a tent for two persons. The kitchen is completely furnished and equiped with a washing machine, cleaningmachine, stove, fridge and micro-wave. It's a comfortable vacation house. All the beds are equipped with linen on arrival. Towels are available. The Swimming pool will be cleaned every week 2 times in the season. In the night it is lightened.
	The surrounding area Our residence is located in La Nucia, at a 6 km distance from the beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. Benidorm is a big seaside resort with many aquatic sport activities. The beaches of Alfaz del Pi and Altea are calmer. The surrounding countryside is definitely worth exploring, like the village Guadalest. Elx is known for its magnificent palm orchard. There are many activities for children, like visiting a safaripark in Aitana. It's also nice to take the little train from Benidorm to Alicante. It rides along the coast and passes through various little seaside resorts. Also visit 'Castillo de Santa Barbara' in Alicante. Hikers will find information about walking tours at the tourist office. There's a nice view of the mountains from the garden. Every Sunday morning in La Nucia, there is a flee market. There are numerous possibilities for golfers.

Special characteristics

At the moment, our vacation house is still for rent the entire year. From April till
November, the vacation house is for rent per week. In the winterperiod, from December till April, our vacation house is also for rent per month. A deposit will be
demanded. The rent depends on the season and varies from € 450 till €1100 per week. Linen are provided and towels are present. For use of linen €12 p.p.p.w and the final cleanup you pay € 60.
