The Holiday Apartment
The villa comprises two large apartments, which are identical as regards both interior set-up and furnishings.Each apartment comprises: a large kitchen with dining area, a comfortable sofa and a 32-inch LCD satellite TV.
The kitchen includes: a 4 burner range with suction hood, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and tableware. On the ground floor we find: a large bedroom with a double canopy bed and a cozy loft that can sleep two children, if necessary.
The bedroom has a 32-inch LCD sat-TV. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, glass shower stall. On the upper floor we find: a second large double bedroom with 32-inch LCD sat-TV. Aircond. Heating.
Special features
There are also several small ancient burgs and villages nearby that are definitely worth a visit. Bolgheri first of all: one approaches this ancient town along a magnificent avenue flanked exclusively by cypress trees, the only one in Europe.

Villa Toscana is set in a peaceful location, just 2 km from the centre of Montescudaio, one of the most well-known villages on the Etruscan Coast.
In Montescudaio one can find shops for all basic needs, as well as a bank, a post office and several restaurants and trattorias, which serve typical Tuscan cuisine accompanied by excellent, locally-produced wines.
The sandy beaches of the Etruscan Coast, especially those of the Cecina Mare locality, are about 12 km away… just a 15 minute drive.
The position is strategic because all of Tuscany’s most beautiful localities are within easy reach. The Pisa Airport is very accessible, about thirty minutes by car. Florence and Siena are about an hour away by car,Volterra and San Gimignano in half an hour.

- In the event of letting only one of the units, the clients will still have a private garden at their disposal equipped with barbecue grill, gazebo and table for eating outdoors.
