A truly sunny spot – it gets sunshine most of the day – it is centrally located and yet is a peaceful oasis in an undeveloped area, with a marvellous view of the surrounding fields, woods, and hills. With a “4 Edelweiss” rating, it’s the perfect spot for discriminating guests.
	The surrounding area Russbach, a small but lovely town with a population of 870, is nestled between the Dachstein and Tennen mountains. In summertime, it is the ideal point of departure for hikes and numerous daytrip destinations. For example, Salzburg, with its renowned music festival, is 60 km away, while the Salzkammer district with its many lakes is just minutes away. In winter, the “DACHSTEIN WEST” ski area offers skiing for adults and children alike, with some 30 lifts and 65 km of ski runs.
