The Holiday Apartment
The apartment (2-4 persons) was completed in summer 2009. It is located on the ground floor of our house and has a separated entrance.
It consists of a bedroom, one living/ diningroom with a pullout-couch for two persons and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a coffee mashine, waterheater and a toaster.
W-lan access point for free use!
Skiboot-dryer in the foyer of the apartment.
The usage of our carport (one car) is included in the rates. During summer our guests could also use our garden. For our smallest guests we are offering also a sandpit.
Special features

Our house is located in the Zeller Schmittental, slightly above the center of Zell am See.
The Schmittenhöhenbahn or Sonnenalm can be reached in just 2 skibus stations. Precisely where you need in the city center / pedestrian zone and to the valley station of the City Express.
The skibus stop is directly in front of the house. - With good snow you can ski almost directly to your apartment!
Through the optimal location our house is an ideal starting point for many hiking and mountainbike tours.
