Appartment for 5 persons with a bedroom for 3 persons and one kingsize sleepingsofa in the livingroom. The appartment is fully furnished with kitchen, brandnew bathroom, KTV, VCR/DVD, radio/cassette/cd and balcony with beautiful view over Kaprun.
There is also internet connection.
In the kitchen you find everything you need, like a range, a microwave, Refridgerator with separate freezer, barbeque, ceramic top, coffee maker, toaster and fondue.
All silver- and dishware is available.
All gasts are very enthusaistic about the appartment.
The free view from the livingroom and balcony over Kaprun and the mountains is splendid.
On groundfloor is a greek/italian restaurant

Kitzsteinhorn for skiing (year round) and many hiking roads in surrounding
Zell am See is a famous vacation resort, with a beautiful center and lake.
Salzburg is only 75 minutes away.
The Grossglockner ( the highest mountain in Austria), Hinterglemm and Saalfelden are 20 minutes away by car. Also the Krimmler falls in Gerlos is in the surrounding.
You can make splendid hikings and also car expeditions.
Between Zell am See and Kaprun is a brilliant 36-hole golf course with beautiful views at the mountains.
