The Villa
This beautiful villa offers a private swimming pool and is suited for an accommodation of 6 people.
All rooms are situated on one floor. The entry hall leads to a large living-dining room with a size of 45m², which is equipped with two leather sofas, dining table and seats for 6 persons. It has two sliding-glass double doors out to the covered terrace and garden. The well-equipped kitchen is also off the entry hall. A breakfast bar separates kitchen from dining room and a door from kitchen leads to garage.
The Villa is provided with 3 bedrooms:
- The master bedroom (20m²) has a queen-size double bed (160cm), a lovely view of the garden and vineyard beyond and an en suite shower room.
- 2nd double bedroom (18m²) with a standard-size double bed (140cm), looks over the front garden.
- The 3rd bedroom has two single beds.
- second shower-room.
- separate WC.
The 8x4m x 1.5m deep swimming pool has a safety alarm and is surrounded by gravelled terrace with plenty of sun-loungers.
There is also a newly built BBQ in the garden.
Special features
Covered terrace (15 m²) in the living room, on which one passes through two glass doors. Furthermore, there is a terrace at the garage.
The walled garden is 1500 square meters and complete. About a 200 m² sunbathing way to get to the pool.

The property is in a small hamlet, 3 km from
Puisserguier, a typical Languedocian wine-village, with an attractive place and main street shaded by plane trees (village shops, bank, bars, restaurant.)
Capestang 9 km. Restaurants, Canal du Midi.
St Chinian 13km Small market town, reknown for its AOC wines. Restaurants. Excellent market on Sundays.
Beziers 16 km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.
Mediterranean beaches 25 km
Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc 30km North of Thezan are the mountains and rocky gorges of the Caroux mountains. Great canoeing on the river Orb.
