The vacation rental
All on ground floor
Entry hall leads through to a large living-dining room (45m2) which has two sliding-glass double doors out to the covered terrace and garden. Two comfortable leather sofas, dining table seats 6, sideboard.
The well-equipped kitchen is also off the entry hall.
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining room.

Also off the entry hall, a short corridor leads to the three bedrooms:
- The master bedroom (20m2) has a queen-size double bed (160cm), french windows give a lovely view of the garden and vineyard beyond. En suite shower room.
- A second double bedroom (18m2) with a standard-size double bed (140cm), looks over the front garden (north side of the house).
- The third bedroom has two single beds and faces east.
- A second shower-room is shared by these two bedrooms.

The surrounding area
Covered terrace (15m2) by living-dining room glass doors, with dining table & chairs. There is a further tiled terrace by the garage.
1500m2 of garden completely enclosed by fence, of which about 200m2 is well-watered lawn leading down to the swimming pool area.
The 8x4m x 1.5m deep swimming pool has a safety alarm and is surrounded by gravelled terrace with plenty of sun-loungers.
There is also a newly built BBQ in the garden.
The property is in a small hamlet, 3 km from
Puisserguier, a typical Languedocian wine-village, with an attractive place and main street shaded by plane trees (village shops, bank, bars, restaurant.)
Capestang 9 km. Restaurants, Canal du Midi.
St Chinian 13km Small market town, reknown for its AOC wines. Restaurants. Excellent market on Sundays.
Beziers 16 km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.
Mediterranean beaches 25 km
Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc 30km North of Thezan are the mountains and rocky gorges of the Caroux mountains. Great canoeing on the river Orb.
Narbonne 26km. Once the capital of Roman Gaul. Famous cathedral.
Montpellier 85 km. Large university town. Airport.
Carcassonne 90 km. Largest fortified medieval town in Europe. Airport.
