The Holiday House
The vacation house is situated at a calm place. It is next to the palace gardens with the castle and the Roman gardens.
The vacation house offers enough space for up to 6 persons. It has 3 sleeping rooms, a bathroom, a well equipped kitchen as well as a cosy living and dining area.

Location and surroundings
In the old town there is a bakery "Anne Marie", a restaurant "La Tour" and the tourist office at the church. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Durance valley. There are also other shopping opportunities in the village. The village has about 3,500 residents and offers really nice shops, such as restaurants, studios (painting, leather, musical instruments, glass objects, photography, pottery, weaving, dyeing, etc.) a pharmacy and two car garages. There is also a supermarket where you get your daily groceries.
Every Monday there is a weekly market on the town hall square.
There are also some really good swimming spots. You can go for a swim in the nearby river or in the sea 'Etang de la Bonde'.

by Harald Kalb from OberasbachWir haben zwei herrliche Wochen im September 2010 in Lauris verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt und genügt allen Ansprüchen. Uns werden die schönen Wanderungen und natürlich auch die vielen alten Dörfer in guter Erinnerung bleiben!
