This lovely natural stone holiday home is situated directly on a hill with a marvellous view of the Tuscan landscape. Main house with 8 suites (flats) with one and two bedrooms respectively . One suite for up to 8 persons + newly-built annexe with 4 small flats.
Top-quality furnishings, spacious swimming pool.
Used to be a farm belonging to the oldest bank in the world, the “Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena.” Absolutely tranquil. |

Santa Luce, a small village with shopping opportunities and restaurants is located 2 km away. The sea with the white beaches of Vada, and the clean sand beaches alongside marvellous stone pine woods near Cecina, respectively, are just a few minutes drive away.

During construction, a great effort was made to incorporate old building materials. For example, the centuries-old mezzane (terracotta tiles) were reapplied to the roof truss. In the living and bedrooms, as well as in the bathrooms, the old natural stone walls were partly exposed. To furnish the kitchen, living and bedrooms, high-quality, typically Tuscan-style materials were used. |
