Chateau with 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. On entering the chateau you will find a Hall 9m high with fireplace, oak stairs and minstrels gallery.

The Salon is modelled on a music room at the Chateau of Fontainebleu. Play pool
in the walnut panelled former ballroom.

The chateau is on the edge of the Massif Central close to the Loire River on its way northwards to the Loire Valley.

Our region is one of vineyards lakes, forests, canals. It is particularly famous for food being the home of Troisgros the Michelin starred restaurant.

   We spent two wonderful weeks in this picturesque chateau which offers every imaginable comfort. Huge wonderfully decorated rooms, each with a big bathroom; the kitchen is perfectly equipped; the antique living room, the hall and the dining room offer a great atmosphere. We enjoyed having so much space for us alone. Not to forget the surroundings: the swimming pool and the great parc are fantastic and our kids did not even want to leave the estate for a trip outside. Everything is wonderfully maintained, neat and tidy. We thoroughly recommend this location, especially for groups or big families!

   A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a beautiful chateau in the French countryside. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Moulin de Rongefer and our day canoeing on the River Loire.
