The Guesthouse
The accommodation is on the Ground floor of this modern luxurious home with views out front of Perihipi Bay and beyond.
It is set in tropical terraced gardens adjourning native bush on a large private section.
The B & B will sleep a maximum of 4 people is two rooms and has a ensuite, one bedroom with a queen bed with carpeted floor, large lounge with a pull-out sofa bed which will sleep two adults.
The Lounge has a tiled floor comfortable seating, Freeview TV and Radio CD player, breakfast bar with under bench fridge, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary cutlery and crockery etc.; for four people (a continental breakfast supplied with cereals, fruits, yoghurts & toast if required).
No smoking indoors and no pets are allowed. Outdoor private garden with furniture and BBQ.
