The Holiday House Park
We offer 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath units. The townhomes are very spacious and are fully equipped and nicely decorated.
You will enjoy a full size kitchen with all appliances and utensils you even have your own washer and dryer. Enjoy the following amenities, a heated pool, our poolside Tiki Bar, tennis and basketball course, ping pong, a covered playground, billiards and a small fitness room. Free WIFI is available in all rooms.

Our Resort is located within a gated community with 24 hr. security. There is fishing at Lake Berkley as well as a small beach volleyball area and BBQ are available as well.
Our Resort is only minutes away from Orlando's most famous attractions. In a few minutes you can be at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or Sea World Parks, great shopping, challenging Golf or fine restaurants.

Arrival
From the airport, take south exit. Drive 4.7 miles turn right onto the Greenway (417) south direction Tampa. (First toll $1.00) After driving a total 11.2 miles, take exit #10 onto John Young Parkway South. (Second toll 50 cents in change).
Drive south on John Young to US Highway 192 (also called Vine Street). Mileage total should be 14.4 miles. Turn right onto US-192 and go west until you see Wal-Mart (open 24 hours) and just before Medieval Times (gray castle) on your left, mileage total should be 19.4 miles.
Between the Wal-Mart and the castle turn left onto Oren Brown Road (no stop light, just turning lane). After about 0.5 miles turn left onto North Roma Way. Total distance of your trip should be 19.9 miles. Follow all the way to the end and pass through security of the Lake Berkley community. The Resort is a gated community.
The security guard has your name and will let you pass through. Go to the stop sign and turn right to the Hapimag Resort Club House for check-in.
