The vacation rental
This holiday flat for two persons is part of a housing complex within the "Marina
Martinique", a closed living area providing 24-hour-security plus gate control. It is on the upper floor of a two storey house and offered for selfcatering.
Marina Martinique provides tranquil living on a lake and 4,5 km of canals holding sea water which is permanently recycled.
There is a car port close to the entrance
to the flat.

Jeffreys Bay is home for many seniors enjoying the climate. In town, one will find all kind of shops, surgeries, pharmacies, restaurants, cinema, internet cafes, fintness center, chirches, library, golf and tennis clubs, bowling club, beauty parlours, etc.
Jeffreys is situated on the easterly end of the "Garden Route" and the westerly end of the "Sunshine Coast" 80 km west of Port Elizabeth. The moderate climate
makes the summer months comfortable
as the sea breeze brings the temperature
to an acceptable level. Long term statistics for the coastal area quote daytime temperatures in summer as
25 - 32 centigrades and for winter 18 - 26 centigrades, night temperatures 10 centigrades lower.
Malaria free national parks and private game farms are close by.

Jeffreys Bay is world reknown by surfers for the "Super Tubes Surf Waves", which
are the venue for a Billabong Grand Prix
every year, inviting the world best surfers to this place during June/July.

Ex airport Port Elizabeth to Highway N2
to Cape Town, after approx. 80 km leave
highway on exit No. 676 Jeffreys Bay,
follow signs to "Marina Martinique" for
8 km. At the gate the guards will register
you and inform us by telephone of your
arrival. Transfer from airport can be arranged upon request, there is a car
