This beautiful detached vacation house has one furnished bedroom with two beds, and one living room with sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is built in 2008.

In the house is an air conditioning, washing machine, coffe machine, toaster, TV-SAT with german programs. The guest can use a gridiron, outside shower, sun umbrella and 4 chairs for lying. The house has a big garden with 2000 square meter. The guest has a free car parking near the house.

The place is quiet and you can enjoy in nature and peace. It is a paradise for your soul. This area offers you opportunities for many activities: walking, riding a bicycle, hunting, collecting crops from the forest. The surroundings is ideal for the children.

The nearest supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, gas and LPG station, veterinary station, dentist, cash machine, bank, post office is in Labin.
The hosts product a red and white wine and different types of brandy which is possible to buy in the house.

Location and surroundings

The village Salakovci is situated among the three tourist resorts: Rabac, Marina and Tunarica which are ten kilometers away. The nearest biggest towns are Labin (5 km far away). Labin is a small picturesque town situated on the eastern coast of Istria. It has 12.500 inhabitans. The town has an interesting history and there are several museums where you can see many events from the past.

Today Labin is called a town of art and culture. The most beautiful part of the town, the upper town is situated on the hill. It exists from the period of Roman empire. Old colourful houses surrounded with walls attract tourists.

   in Salakovci, unweit des des wunderschönen Städtchens Labin. Als "Wiederholungstäter" haben wir uns schon wieder sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Selten, dass man sich mit 3 großen Hunden so willkommen fühlt wie hier.
   
   Die Familie Frankovic ist unglaublich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wieder wurden wir von Violeta mit wunderbaren "Schmankerln" verwöhnt und ich habe die besten Palatschinken meines Lebens gegessen - und hallo! ich bin Österreicherin ;-) Für die Hunde war es wieder großartig am großen Grundstück herumzutollen. Gerne geben wir wieder in allen Kategorien 5 Sterne! Danke an die Familie Frankovic.

2. Mit Hunden ideal

   Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke Violetta, für Deine tolle Versorgung. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern und drei großen Hunden angereist.
   
   Das Grundstück ist ringsherum mit einer ca. 1m hohen Steinmauer und Maschendraht eingezäunt. So konnten sich die Hunde austoben, bevor wir an den Strand (zu empfehlen in Ravnj oder Sveti Marina, da ist man den Hunden gegenüber recht tolerant) gefahren sind. Abends haben wir unter einem alten Olivenbaum am Außengrill unser Essen zubereitet. Wenn man seine Vierbeiner mit in den Urlaub nehmen möchte wirklich ideal. Wir kommen wieder!

3. Ein Fleckchen Ruhe

   Das Haus VeZo steht auf einem etwa 1 Hektar großen Grund (wovon 2000 m² eingezäunt) sind in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Wir waren trotz unserer 3 (!!!) nicht gerade kleinen Hunde herzlich willkommen; und die fühlten sich auf dem großen Grundstück pudelwohl. Die Gastfamilie, die nicht am Grundstück wohnt, ist überaus herzlich, hilfsbereit und man hat uns gleich jene Strände gezeigt, wo auch die Hunde mit uns ins Meer können. Die Strände sind innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Von Frau Frankovic wurden wir außerdem mit herrlichen selbstgemachten Schmankerln verwöhnt. Wer mit Hunden reist, es gerne ein wenig ruhiger hat und die Natur liebt ist hier absolut richtig. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

4. Sehr empfehlenswert - auch mit Hund!

   Das Ferienhaus Vezo liegt absolut ruhig, aber nicht zu abgelegen an einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Je nach Sonnenstand hat man die Möglichkeit, sich mit Sitzmöbeln entsprechend im Garten zu positionieren. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung, sollte mal etwas fehlen, so helfen die Gastgeber (die nicht auf dem Grundstück wohnen) schnell aus. Das große (mit einem 1,50 m hohen Zaun/Mauer umgebene) Grundstück ist absolut hundetauglich - Roxi hat es ausgiebig getestet!
