The B&B
La Source offers 5 comfortable, clean and well presented bedrooms all with electric heating and washbasins. We have 3 rooms with private shower/toilet facilities and 2 rooms which share 1 toilet and shower.
Breakfast is served in either the large kitchen or on the sunny patio. The kitchen is available to guests for the preparation of picnics and light evening meals and includes a fridge and small table top oven and hob.
A television, books and games are also available for guests to use. The large patio area is equipped with tables, chairs and parasols and there is plenty of parking space. Evening meals are available booked with the room reservation but are subject to change during busy periods.
10 pitch campsite also available.

Location and surroundings
The Jouffan mountains behind La Source create a superb backdrop to the 2 hectares of woodland which includes sequoias, pines, walnut and lime trees making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
The GR 94 national walking route passes close by making La Source an ideal place for walkers and hikers to stay. The hang-gliding centre La Longeagne is located on the Jouffan mountains behind and a landing field is located at Saint Pierre D'Argencon village.
Gap the capital city of the Hautes Alps, the Serre Poncon Lake which is the 2nd largest man made lake in europe , Sisteron, Gorges of the Meouge, Rosans and Die are all less than 30-60 minutes. If you love nature discover the wild flowers or follow the lavender route.

The activity centre of Chevalet with a small leisure airport on site for gliders etc is only 5 kms from La Source. All activities with the exception of windsurfing and skiing are 5-20 minutes from La Source. Local ski resorts are 30-40 minutes, sailing & windsurfing are 1 hour.

From Grenoble follow N75 direction Sisteron, at Aspres sur Buech turn onto D993 follow for 7 kms.
From Valence/Die follow D93/D993 after Col de Cabre travel 10kms.
From south coast head to Sisteron then follow N75 direction Valence/Grenoble. At Aspremont turn onto D993B then onto D993 for 2 kms.
