The Holiday House
The 2001 newly constructed stone-villa is located in a suburb of the small town Prines, 2 km as the crow flies from the ocean and close to Rethymnon. The vacation house has 90 sqm living space and is located on a 600 sqm property. Villa Sifina is equipped for up to five guests (5th guest on bed-couch). Furthermore is a cot available. The villa is very well equipped and leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
In the garden you find six deck-chairs, umbrellas, as well as a BBQ.
Villa Sifina combines traditional architectural style and modern, comfortable living.
The living-room separated by a round arch from the nicely equipped kitchen.
The arch (Kamara) and the niche can be illuminated during the evenings for a cosy atmosphere.
From the roof terrace you will have a wonderful view over the peninsula, the White Mountains as well as the ocean.
Special features
Every bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Room service will be done once a week, including an exchange of towels and bed-linen.
All windows have moskitonet.

After 500 m you are in the village, there are a coffee shops, tavern, butcher, mini-markets. After about a kilometer to the town of Atsipopoulou, there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, tavernas...
The villa is located in the north of Crete in the middle of the two airports, each about 80 km. To the south (Plakias, etc.) you have only about 40 km. Rethymnon, the district capital is only about five miles. Again you can have a great holiday in taverns or at the port.
One of the most beautiful beaches of Crete, you drive just a few minutes (Petres...). In the area there are many tourist attractions. You can look at many archaeological sites of Crete Knossos etc...
