Location and surroundings

Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation area of Ramsgate, situated two minutes from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, beautiful sandy beaches and the town centre.

The house is about 100 metres from the cliff top promenade, which overlooks the harbour and the English Channel and conveniently located for the the ferry services at Ramsgate and Dover.

Sandwich and it's golf courses are close by, and historic Canterbury is 40 minutes by car.
