The Holiday Apartment
The apartment has been awarded a four star rating by the Scottish Tourist Board. Furnished with attractive antique items the accommodation sleeps up to 7 people.
A large sitting/dining rooms provides comfortable seating grouped around a marble fireplace. Plenty of books and tourist literature have been provided and there is wifi internet access, a television with freeview, a DVD and CD players. A dining area is situated in an alcove. There is a double sofa bed in this room for larger parties.
There are two bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and the second with three single beds. Both have plenty of drawer and cupboard space.
A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom complete the accommodation.

Location and surroundings
Regent Terrace is part of Edinburgh's World Heritage Site and is one of three cobbled Georgian terraces to skirt Calton Hill from which wonderful views are to be had.
Most of Edinburgh's major sights are within a short walk. Holyrood Palace and the mediaeval Royal Mile are a few minutes away as is Princes Street. It is possible to walk to the top of Arthur's Seat from the apartment
