About The Accommodation:
Very central old town 1 bed apartment, discreetly located on the third floor (sorry no elevator).

Quiet rear facing, and recently refurbished. Brand new fully integrated designer kitchen installed with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dining table with seating.

The apartment has also had a new bathroom suite installed with a bath, electric shower and heated towel rail. Laminate flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. In the lounge there is a leather sofa bed.

Located within a few hundred yards. Short stay on-street parking is available outside the front door.

Special features

Edinburgh Castle and other principal historical attractions are located within a short walk from the flat.
This is an ideal location for those who want to stay in the very centre of old Edinburgh's cultural and social life.
