Grounf floor:nice livingroom with a confortable sleepingcouch, kitchen, Kamin, balcony with wonderful lake view, SAT-TV.Bathroom with shower/WC.
Stairs to the 1st floor:one nice bedroom with double bed and a second balcony with amazing lake view, one smaller double room with twin beds, bathroom with bathtub and washmachine.
Privare parking at 20 mt.
This beautiful house is located in nature in a wonderful panoramic position and it's ideal for those who love nature, walking, mountainbikers and families.

The surrounding area
House 2BALCONY ON LAKE COMO" is located up to Gravedona with a wonderful lake view, from its balconies you can see from Colico to the center of the lake. 2 min. by car to the center of Gravedona and beach. It was an old tower, renewed in 2002. Very nice and komfortable forniture.
