3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6/7 persons.

Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, dish-washer, fridge / freezer. Living room with TV, audio tape player, radio, CD player, DVD. Private swimming pool (4m X 8m). All bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning (heat & cool).

Location and surroundings

The small village of Kissonerga lies 10 miles north of Paphos on the south west coast of Cyprus, surrounded by banana plantations and the delightful beaches of Coral Bay. The village itself is one of the most scenic villages in the Paphos region, with the wild Akamas

Peninsula stretching out to the west.

Kissonerga, Cyprus is a delightful place to relax on holiday, soaking up the sun and the blissfully peaceful atmosphere.

There are enough shops, cafes, restaurants and facilities to make your stay in a Kissonerga holiday property a luxurious one, free from the stress of everyday life. The nearby Arkamas Peninsula is a delightful place to walk too, wandering through the wild and unspoilt habitats, rich in both plant and animal life, allows you to find secluded sandy beaches and viewpoints along the west coast of Cyprus.

Those looking for a little more activity on holiday in Kissonerga will be delighted with the facilities available. You can choose from a long list of water sports to try or participate in, ranging from sailing to jet skiing. Conditions for wind surfing and sailing are particularly good, and there are plenty of options for equipment hire or lessons.

There is also a water park just outside Paphos which provides many hours of entertainment, especially for children. Due to the warmth and clarity of the Mediterranean surrounding Cyprus, marine life thrives, meaning that both deep sea fishing and scuba diving trips thrive too. Trips leave from Paphos marina, as well as glass bottomed boat trips for those who do not feel like getting wet!

On dry land there are many options for entertainment too. There are many tennis courts on which to play, as well as a golf course, go-karting track, bowling alley and riding stables open for guided tours of the Cypriot countryside.

A villa in Kissonerga is only 3km from Coral Bay and just 8km from Paphos town centre. Paphos is a very popular place to visit, due to the diverse range of attractions and activities on offer. Paphos not only boasts glorious beaches and numerous water sports facilities, but there is also a staggering number of historical sites and archaeological treasures all over the town, especially in the Kato-Paphos area.

Coral Bay is considered to be one of the finest beach destinations near a holiday rental property in Kissonerga. The long, sweeping beach is covered in bronzed bodies during the summer, with refreshment stalls and water sport facilities covering the length of the beach.

   Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Außenpool wurde fast jeden Tag von Blättern und Tieren gereinigt. Alles schön grün und schöne Sicht aufs Meer.
   
   Haben auf Zypern sehr viel unternommen, besonders sind die großen Sandbaggys zu empfehlen.
   
   Das einzigste, was wir bemängeln könnten ist: Tagsüber und Abends etwas Lärm von der 100 m entfernten Straße.
   Kann das Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
