The Holiday House

At least for once enjoy your vacation in an older manner, since electricity is coming via solar energy. However a gas powered refrigerator and water pump make sure you don’t yearn for anything.
On the ground floor you will find one big lounge equipped with a table and sitting furniture as well as a fireplace. Furthermore, a WC and a wash basin as well as a brand new kitchen (gas powered refrigerator, electricity from solar energy and water pump) are also included. Kitchen and bathroom dispose of separate entrance.

You can reach the upper floor by stairs, where you can find four low beds. The walls are partly inclined and through a small window you have a direct view of the sea and the mainland.

Special features

The guests in the Frane house can enjoy isolation and primal nature around the house.

Attention this house can be booked also for the period of October and November since there is a fireplace inside that can warm the living space and the bedroom

Location and surroundings

You can spend romantic evenings on the beautiful terrace equipped with a full-size grill. On the terrace there is a wooden table and wooden benches. Canvas chairs or cots are not available, hence if needed bring appropriate hinged cots with you.

The path to the sea leads through a melon field. You can sunbath on the bevel rocks, dive in the gorgeous sea or, if you take the children with you, go to the swimming bay Lovrecina which can be reached in just 5 minutes walking distance.

The small but asphalted access route (asphalted almost up to the house - not appropriate for lower vehicles and/or low spoilers) is foreseen only for the small number of houses in this area.

   Der Urlaub war wieder traumhaft. Die Vermieter geben sich große Mühe. Jedes Jahr wird das Haus angenehmer. Die neuen Matratzen und der schöne Holztisch sind toll. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

   Wir erlebten eine wunderschöne Woche im etwas spartanischem Häuschen, das aber mit einer wundervollen Umgebung den Urlaub unvergesslich machte. Beim Schnorcheln sahen wir Oktopus, Tintenfisch und vieles Meer. Von der Terrasse sahen wir Delfine und schmausten die wunderbaren Pfirsiche. Bei kleineren Problemen kamen die Vermieter sofort und kümmerten sich ausreichend.
   Wir kommen gerne wieder!

   Wir haben wieder zwei erholsame Wochen im Haus Frane verbracht. Man sitzt einfach nur auf der Terrasse und genießt diese Ruhe und den tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Sie haben uns mit ihren Obst (Feigen+Melonen) und Gemüse versorgt.
   
   Wir werden auf jeden Fall unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder im Haus Frane verbringen.

4. Gutes Essen, freundliche Vermieter, traumhafte Umgebung...

   Wir waren 14 Tage im Haus Frane. Es war einfach traumhaft. Wir haben nichts vermißt und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen, wenn wir dürfen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.
   
   Im Restaurant Panorama in Splitzka kann man sehr gut essen. Das Personal war super lustig drauf. Man merkte das ihnen die Arbeit Spaß macht. Wir möchten uns auch bei Christina bedanken. Bei ihr haben wir gebucht. Sie hat das alles toll organisiert. Dann hoffentlich bis nächstes Jahr!

   Letztes Jahr im August / September haben wir unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht. Heute, an unserem 1. Hochzeitstag erinnern wir uns natürlich ganz besonders an die 10 Tage dort.
   
   Auch wenn die Einrichtung anfänglich etwas karg erschien, merkte man doch schnell, dass man alles hatte, was man brauchte. Und der atemberaubende Blick ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch bei Frane wert. Auch Lovrecina ist wahnsinnig schön und romantisch, egal ob vom Sand aus oder vom Boot. Für einen romantischen Urlaub, fernab von Alltag und Massentourismus können wir Frane auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
   
   Vielen Dank auch für die nette und herzliche Betreuung vor der Reise und dort vor Ort (auch für das kroatische Liebeslied - Ständchen!!!)
