The Holiday House

The special charm of this house lies in its location, situated in the middle of the village yet again just a bit sideways, with hardly any disturbance at all. This facility is constructed in a shape typical for this country and is very comfortable.

There are two spacious bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 2 single beds (new mattresses) plus one new couch , one new ( 2009 )small breakfast kitchen (cooker only on electricity) and a brand new shower, satellite TV in the living room

In the small garden with a partial sea view you can enjoy your own full-size grill as well as one outdoor shower. Dogs are allowed upon arrangement ( 4,oo Euro per night)

Location and surroundings

The island of Brac in Croatia is one of the most beautiful islands on the Dalmatian Riviera. It can be easily reached within one hour via ferry boat from Split. Starting already from June and up to October, you can enjoy hiking as well as swimming on pleasant temperatures in the crystal clear water.


In just few meters you can reach the small harbour and the beautiful swimming spots under the stone pines

   Das Ferienhaus (sehr sauber) war genau das Richtige für uns. Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Splitzka und der Garten waren nochmal das ganz Besondere daran. Splitzka ist ein sehr malerisches Dörfchen. Klein aber fein. Und Brac ist eine wunderschöne Insel. Man kann bei glasklarem Wasser wunderbar schnorcheln.
   
   Sehr gutes Essen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf`s Meer , sowie sehr freundliche Bedienung konnten wir im Restaurant Panorama erleben.
   
   Besonders möchte ich mich noch für die nette Betreuung vor und während der Reise bedanken. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Einen besonderen Dank von uns gilt Damir für seine Hilfsbereitschaft!

   Wir waren dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal auf der Insel Brac im Ferienhaus IVO und waren restlos begeistert. Die Insel ein Traum, das Wasser glasklar, das Örtchen Splitska malerisch und das Haus IVO super sauber und wunderschön gelegen. Fast täglich waren wir im Restaurant des Hotel Panorama. Dort kann man mit traumhaftem Blick auf´s Meer ausgezeichnet essen.
   
   Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, den wir nächstes Jahr unbedingt wiederholen wollen.

   Hallo Insel Brac ,
   
   wir sind dieses Jahr leider fremdgegangen und waren in Orebic aber das war kein Vergleich zur Insel Brac und vor allem zu Splittska!
   
   Haben fast täglich den letzten Urlaub mit diesem verglichen und hatten richtig Heimweh nach unserem Haus IVO und der Insel! Brac ist glaube nicht zu toppen die Ruhe die Natur einfach alles! Nächstes Jahr werden wir wiederkommen!

   Liebe Vermieter,
   
   wir verbrachten wunderschöne Flitterwochen im Haus IVO. Es waren leider nur 10 Tage, aber diese genossen wir in der idyllischen Ruhe und Umgebung sehr. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Besonders auch die vor Ort gute Betreuung und Küche, die man nur sehr loben kann.
   Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
   
   Grüße an Hannelore und Gatte sowie Stefan und Familie im Restaurant Panorama, das wir täglich besuchten und niemals leidig wurden. Die Küche war phantastisch.

   Wir waren im Juni auf der Insel und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Das Haus die Lage das Wetter der Ort es war einfach toll. Das Haus super gepflegt der Blick auf den Ort es hat alles gepasst. Unser Hund fand den Riesigen Garten klasse der allerdings für kleinere Kinder wie unser Sohn (1,5) Jahre etwas gefährlich war.Aber das Problem haben wir gelöst indem wir die Terasse provisorisch eingezäunt haben. Alles zusammen war es ein super Urlaub und wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr auf unserer Insel in Ihrem Haus.
