The Apartments
Sandcastle Apartments offers spacious,light,comfortable and individually designed flats.Each flat has tile flooring, bedrooms with either twin- or kingsize double bed,en-suite bathroom with shower,toilet,basin,hair-dryer and wall sockets,lounge with flatscreenTV, dining area and fitted kitchenette fully equipped for self-catering needs - you need your private matters to bring with you only. Depending on the size the flats can accommodate up to six guests.
Each apartment has its private entrance and is secured by security service. We provide you with beddings&toweling, a safe,flatscreenTV with DStv, WiFI availability foc,garden facilities (patios) and a braai for your BBQ. Your car parks inside our locked premises. Pets are not allowed.

Sandcastle is within sight and hearing of the Atlantic Ocean,the beach is two minutes away by feet. The city centre, restaurants and shopping facilities are in walking-distance. Swakopmund has places of interest as Museum of Swakopmund, "Martin Luther", Old County Court, Crystal Palace.
Guided tours to the dunes are offered to experience the extensive life in the sand regarding as well fauna as flora. Catamaran-tours are casting off from Walvis Bay Yachtclub to experience - depending on the time of the year - seals, dolphins, whales, pelicans, sun-fishes and Mola-Mola. Fishing on- and off-shore (guided), Flying Safaris, Quadbiking, Sandboarding, Balooning, Skydiving and a green 18-holes golf course are topping the adventure range.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Sandcastle

Der Aufenthalt in Swakop war sicherlich auch wunderschön, weil wir diese tolle Unterkunft hatten. Kein Wunsch blieb offen, alles wurde möglich gemacht! by Uschi und Jörg Koch from DeutschlandVielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Silke und Rainer für die herzliche Begrüßung und die tolle Unterkunft im Sandcastle auf unserer Namibiareise im Nov. 2009. Die Ausflugstouren waren einfach umwerfend und mit nichts zu vergleichen was wir Weltenbummler bis jetzt angesteuert haben. Swakop selbst ist eine Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und super leckeren Essen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall in 2010 wieder eine Namibia-reise machen und freuen uns ins Sandcastle zu kommen.
