The Holiday Apartment
This exclusive and spacious vacation apartment is situated in Friedrichshafen and offers two spacious rooms with a total living space of about 60 square meters.
The apartment is equipped with a high-quality interior design and exclusive furnishing. Our guests will find a spacious and bright bathroom with bathtub, a modern kitchen of top-quality including glass-ceramic cook top panels, baking-oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
There is an ample bedroom, a large living room with a nice dinning area, a cozy corner seating unit, a writing desk, a king-sized television with cable TV and a large and sunny balcony.
Free wireless LAN high-speed internet access.
The bedding, towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental fee.
To the apartment belongs a proper parking space and there is a special room for bikes available within the house.

It's placed on the green outskirts in the west of Friedrichshafen (Fischbach) surrounded by a quiet, neat and family-friendly neighbourhood in a traffic-calmed area far away from thoroughfare.
The Lake Of Constance is within walking distance. Close by you can also find a bakery, a post office, banking offices, restaurants, a playground and an public swimming pool directly at the lake.
The distance to the city centre of Friedrichshafen is about 6 km, to the airport and the exhibition area about 9 km.
There are very good connections for public transportations such as trains and buses in walking distance.

Arrival as well as departure is able on any day of the week.
The check in on the arrival day is possible from 16:00 (4 pm) and the departure should not be later than 11:00 (11 am) in the morning.
