The vacation rental
Andalucian-styled villa in quiet sheltered area, 4 minutes walk from the beach and five minutes to the nearest golf course. It is located between two lovely swimming pools, with children facilities, which can be viewed from the large private roof terrace, which is also ideal for sunbathing and barbeques. The villa is set amidst sub-tropical gardens with tennis courts, a basketball court and a football pitch.The town of Sabanillas is close by with its famous market .The house has three double rooms and can sleep 6 comfortably 2 1/2 bathrooms and a large living area with Satelitte TV and a well equipped kitchen.
It is very comfortable and with the 40 sq meter sun roof and private garden is a lovely place to relax and tan |

The surrounding area
Our villa offers you the best of both worlds, a relaxing environment close to the beach and within a short distance of nightlife. We must stress that this is a quiet location set in an Urbanistion of approx 100 villas each with private garden and access to all facilities. We enjoy 320 days of sunshine per year, hence the villa is ideal for wonderful summers or mild winters, even enjoying the real fireplace which enhances your living room. Marina de Casares enjoys 1km of sandy beach and the villa is in a prime position, only a few minutes stroll away. There are two marinas within 5 and 10 minutes , with many attractive bars and restaurants together with 4 golf courses close by, including Valderrama and La Duquesa (5 minutes). Gibraltar is only 20 minutes by car, as is Marbella.
The nearest town, Sabinillas is within walking distance with a full range of Supermarkets, shops and cafes and a lovely seafront Boulevard and weekly market, which has to be experienced
The house is very family friendly and is also suitable for golfers and people who wish to explore the white hill towns of Andalucia as well as the excitement of Sotogrande, Marbella and Estapona in a relaxing area with plenty of space and landscaping.

The urbanisation has six swimming pools, tennis courts, a football pitch and basketball court, all free to guests. It is on the beach with children's facilities.
