The vacation rental

From the window you have a fantastic view to 2 churches: Santa Prassede und Santa Maria Maggiore, gardens, sky.
1 st Monti district, with its narrow cobbled streets, is one of the most picturesque and lively areas of the whole city, bordered by Via Nazionale, Via Cavour and Via dei Fori Imperiali. There are stores of all sorts within a stone's throw of the Palazzo, including antique shops, designers boutiques, jewellers, as well as small fine food shops, bakers and greengrocers, bars and restaurants, theatres and cinemas.
Easy walking distance to all the most important and fine sites: Colosseo, Forum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon, Vatican, Villa Borghese, Via Veneto, Trastevere, Piazza Navona.
From Stazione Termini in 15 minutes walking, without the necessity of taking a taxi, you may arrive at home. You'll like the culture of roman people of Rione Monti. |

Location perfect, between Colosseum and Termini Station, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, the Baths of Trajan and the Tiber, the beautiful old Ghetto and Campo dei Fiori, one among the most beautiful in Rome, here live the President of Italy, Quirinale, and the Mayor of Rome, Campidoglio.
Here is the Domus Aurea, the palace of Nero. The apartment is lovely for children, they have pretty fun with two fine gardens: Colle Opium (50 meters near) with view of Colosseo and Forum Romunum and the garden in the near place of Piazza Vittorio with basket play place, and plays for little children and the more famous ice shop of Rome Fassi.
Michelangelo is very close: Mose in San Pietro in Vincoli and Santa Maria degli Angeli.
