The Villa
Villa Awenasa is air-conditioned with a covered south facing private 30' x 15' swimming pool. It is an air-conditioned 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom Vacation Home. Make sure you spend some of your vacation time just relaxing around the pool in the sunshine! Enjoy the Florida sunsets from the sunny pool deck.
The house is furnished with washing machine, dryer, and all necessary kitchen appliances, utensils. Cable TV in the lounge. master and queen bedrooms. We have a Sony PS2, and free wireless broadband internet (computer not supplied).
The master bedroom has an ensuite; the queen bedroom is attached to an ensuite shower room; a third bathroom between two further bedrooms one with two single beds and one with a single and a bunk bed.

Location and surroundings
The villa is located in Westridge which is near Davenport, Florida, a few minutes from the I4, US 192 and US27.
Orlando International Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away and Tampa International is about 1.5 hours away.
The house is 10 mins from supermarkets and shops including a new 24 Hours Wal Mart Super Center and Publix Supermarket. Excellent restaurants are just 10 mins drive away and enroute from WDW.
It is close to all the major attractions including Disney Theme Parks, Universal, Sea World, Water Parks, and the Florida beaches. There are plenty of beautiful Golf Courses nearby, including the new Champions Gate and Highland Reserve courses.
The beautiful Gulf coast beaches are about 90 minutes drive away.
