Weel-kept house in a calm and sunny position with a wonderful view to the mountains, 2 km away from the centre of Abtenau. On a nice walking-way you easily walk to the centre of Abtenau.
One of the cross country skiing slopes passes in the near of our house, the next restaurant and the bus-station for the free skiign-bus are 200 m away from our house.
