The Holiday House
Welcome to Apart Anneliese with cosy double, 3- and 4-bed rooms.
We offer a spacious breakfast room and lounge, that is equipped with a large kitchenette. This charming room accomodates up to 25 persons. All our rooms have either balcony or terrace.
In our house you find 5 toilets and 5 showers. On the ground floor is a kitchen cum living room. Furthermore there is a garage with a ski boot dryer where you have the possibity to store your ski and snowboard.
In summer our house is recommendable for cyclists and motor-cyclists. Park your vehicle on the parking lot in front of our house.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Tyrol!

The vacation house Apart Anneliese is located silently but centrally. You can reach the centre within a 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car.
The next public bus stop is 250 m away from the house. Only 200 m to a fee ski bus. The vacation house is situated between two wonderful and fantastic skiing areas. The first ski area is the skiing region Spieljoch, reachable in only 5-7 minutes by car or bus.
The second skiing region is skiing area Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal, reachable within appr. 10 minutes by car or bus (free of charge).
The water park Zillertal (with e.g. open air pool, indoor pool, sauna, solarium) is 380 m away.

Arrival
Please take the Zillertal highway B 169 to Fuegen. As soon as you see the "Binder Holzwerk" please leave the highway using the exit "Spieljochbahn".
Having reached the roundabout after approximately 30 m please choose direction "Spieljochbahn".
After appr. 40 m there is a second roundabout. Please take the third exit. Afterwards please use the old street (Therme Zillertal).
After appr. 500 m you will see a little bridge, followed by a fork where you should turn right (at the hotel Held).
Please drive past the hotel and approximately 500 m later you will see an apartment building with a large parking lot.
