Country stone house, is located on the grounds of Villa Gregori, built in the 16 th century by an influential family of the aristocratic republic of Lucca.
Il Tinaio has been recently restored by it's current owners with great taste and charm, using only authentic materials. The ancient cotto floors, woodbeamed ceilings, stone and iron craftworks all have been preserved. Decorated with antiques, paintings, dried flower arrangements and pretty curtains, the home is comfortable and attractive.All bedrooms have air-conditioning
Ground floor:fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen with modern appliances, formal dining room, spacious well-lit living room, one double bedroom with in- siute bathroom (tube & shower) and with an exit to the North patio; 1 small twin bedroom with an exith to South patio and a swimming pool area,

1st floor: 2 double brms with beautiful views, 1 bathroom.

Location is spectacular with ample viwes of the valley down to Lucca plain, mountains of Pisa in the distance, the olive groves, vineyards, meadows and cypress of the Lucchese countryside and small, picturesque churches on the hilltops.
