Country house Casa Domenico,
This is a dependance house of Villa Costa situated in oposite side of the villa garden. It is restored in a very pleasing Tuscan rustic style.
3+2 people, 2 brms, 1 bath
Ground floor:living / dining room, modern well equipped kitchen, exits onto a patio covered with beamed ceiling. Patio equipped with dining furniture and bbq to enjoy meals outside. There is a beautiful antique well, lined with river stones, dating back to the Middla Ages. Utility room with wash machine.
1 st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower. From the double bedroom there is an entrance into a stiudio with double sofa bed and internet connection.
Additional bed available.
Cozy atmosphere with the preserved Tuscan country style, beam ceilings, terracotta floors, comfortable furnishing, some antique furniture.
The entirely fenced garden, lawns and pine trees, stretches up to 1500 sqm and is shared by all the quests.
There is a bus stop behind the villa green fences taking you in 20 min to Lucca hist. center and train station. |

Casa Domenico is located in Marlia, 6 km from Lucca, an area famous for many aristicratic villas and their formal gardens, open to public for visits. Take a tour to local fattorias for wine and Lucca vergin olive oil tasting.
There is 10 min walk to Marlia town center with shops & family run restaurants. 20 min drive to well maintained swimming pool in Country Club.
Sandy white beaches in Viareggioand Forte dei Marmi easy to reach in half hr on freeway. Other attraction to visit are listed in the Villa Costa description.
