The Holiday House
The house has been set up as a loghouse in 1999, which ensures a cosy and healthy living environment all year round.
A large, high and bright living room with spacious windows and with an interior gallery offers ample space on sofas and settees, round the open fire place or at the dining table.
A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, micro wave oven etc. enables more ambitious dishes. For your entertainment there are a Sat-TV set, a video player with a choice of films, various board and card games, a small library and an audio system.
Internet access and mobile phone are offered. A veranda to the SE can be used on sunny afternoons. The house has got shower and WC and its own sauna. Bed linnen provided; towels and sauna towels on request.

Location and surroundings
The building is situated in a wide bend at the banks of Väike- Emajogi-River and is part of the spacious area of Kalda tourism farm. Privacy and an undisturbed stay are ensured.
Wide fields and thick forests surroung the farm. To the south stretches the Karula national park with rich fishgrounds and lots of wild animals. Besides the small town of Valga and the university town of Tartu there are a variety of sigtseeing places in easy reach, both cultural and historical.
Nearby Otepää, a famous winter sports place, has lots of activities to offer in summer, too. Fishing, bird and animal watching brings you close to nature. Cycling, hiking and canoeing add to your health.
