The vacation rental
Our vacation apartments are directly at the sea, in the center of the village. Centrally but not noisy area. The seaview is amazing and breathtaking. Ideally situated, just a walking distance to the picturesque center of Neos Marmaras. There you can find bakery, restaurants, cafes and bars, bank, post and supermarkts. The beaches are in 600 meter distance. We have 1-and 2-rooms appartments (2 to 4 beds) .All our appartments are renovated, clean, have a separate semi-equipped kitchen and balcony with awning. |

Neos Marmaras is perhaps the most idyllic and cosmopolitan fishing village of the stunning peninsula Sithonia in Chalkidiki. You will enjoy the outstanding natural beauty combining sea and mountains, clean sandy beaches and picturesque bays. The sandy beaches are especially appreciated by children.

In the low and mid season you will see Neos Marmaras as a peaceful and harmonic fishing village. Beaches are in the neighbourhood of our accomodation with numerous watersport activities like waterski, surfing and other. Discover the peninsula Sithonia and Chalkidiki or make a boattrip to Mount Athos, the "holy mountain", where you can admire the monasteries, masterpieces of art. You can also visit Thessaloniki, the second biggest city in Greece with its numerous byzantine churches and museums.

Thessaloniki airport is about 100 km away from us. You can come by car via Italy by the ferry or you can rent yourself via the internet a car and drive from the airport to Neos Marmaras. We recommend a car since there are lovely beaches in the neighbourhood to explore. You can also come by bus from Thessaloniki. We help you with more information further. |
