Sot Baselgia is a very beautiful and cosy 127 sqm large vacation apartment with 4,5 rooms (built in 2009). The location is quiet and offers beautiful panorama views over the mountain range. The furnishing offers high comfort. The building is situated in the heart of the village Lantsch/Lentz and contains 14 apartments, from which this one being rented. The fully equipped kitchen offers 4 tiles, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a dish washer. Further has the kitchen many shelves and cupboards.The balcony has a beautiful view and invites you to relax. The living room is equipped with an additional sofa for 2 people. Two parking spots are supplied in the basement garage, which you may use.

Location and surroundings

The location of the vacation apartment is very sunny. During winter you can enjoy 7 hours of sun a day and in summer 11 hours. The location is quiet and idle. The apartment is situated in the middle of a nature reserve, which offers excellent possibilities of how to spend you leisure time. The skying area of Lantsch-Lenzerheide offers 155km slopes for beginners as well as for advanced skiers. Additionally, the region comes with excellent cross-country skiing tracks. The region of Lenzerheide-Valbella-Lantsch is the perfect place to spend a holiday for the whole family, with its beautiful mountain scenery, hiking tracks and bicycle paths.
