Morning sun shining into the kitchen and lounge area. South facing. Located at the back Therefore really quiet at night. Located on the 2nd floor, (therefore not suited for disabled persons).
Living space 94 sqm, 2 spacious bedrooms, Bedroom 1 with Double bed and 1 Sofa Bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 x 3/4 single beds. open lounge with huge Sofa Bed, and dinning room leading to the kitchen with open plan. Sleeps up to 8 persons maximum.
All rooms are fully equipped. Towels and linen are all provided.

Superb 24 hours public transport. Only 3 U-Bahn stations from Alexanderplatz. U-2, M2, M10, S-Bahn and Metro Bus connect to this area. 15 minutes by bicycle. Bike rental is available at the square of Helmhlozplatz. Central, lively, yet quiet at night! The apartment is located Directly at Helmholzplatz, lush green park right in the middle of Berlin – wonderful atmosphere. Cultural highlights of the Eastern part of Berlin. The most trendy area of the eastern part of Berlin. Individual boutiques offering Berliner designers fashion, art galleries, theatre, cafes, restaurants, bistros. Fresh bakeries. On weekends, the streets are lined with ecco, bio green market stalls offering fresh cheeses, fruits and vegetables and lovely cakes selections, fresh directly from the farm. Antiquated shops passed down from generations! Endless walking pleasure to discover this place and its surrounding areas. The largest and the most popular flea-market - Maurpark is only 10 minutes walking distance away.

There are all sorts of activities one can do to explore Berlin. Bicycle is my favourite and there is a bike shop for rental just on the Lettestrasse itself.
Otherwise, yoga centre, gym and all other activities are there on offer - just have to choose!

From Tegal Airport, take a Taxi - approx. Euro20 per trip.
Tegal Airport : - take a Bus TXL, 109, get to any S-Bahn Beussel strasse - get off at Prenslauer Alle station - walking 12 minutes to Helmholtzplatz.
Schonnefeld Airport - Taxi - a little more expensive - approx. Euro25. Take the S-Bahn - straight to Prenslauer Alle.
Driving - google it please! Street Parking is no longer free since October 2010, unfortunately. The price for parking is quite pricy - about 1-2 Euro per hour! If you can help it, just use the public transportation system - they are so good, you won't miss having a vehicle....
