The Holiday Apartment
The bright, modern and with white furniture furnished vacation apartment is 44sqm big and offers space for a maimum of 4 people.
Both rooms and the balcony are oriented towards the peaceful and grassed patio. The bedroom comes with a double bed (200x 180), a wardrobe, a dresser and 2 bedside tables.
The living room provides a sofa bed (200 x 160), a LCD TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen comes with a ceramic stove top with exhaust hood and a fridge with freezer. Further, tasteful crockery, pots, cutlery, glasses and so on....
The bathroom is decorated in white as well and comes with a bathtub and shower.
Special features
An underground car park belongs to the vacation apartment and can be used free of charge.
Washing machine and dryer may be used for a fee.

The vacation apartment is located in the hip area of Prenzlauer Berg, which is dominated by graduates, artists and celebrities.
An endless number of cafes, bars, pubs and clubs are in the immediate vicinity and are within a walking distance, such as the famous street cafes at the Kollwitz -and Helmholtzplatz.
The nearby parks, such as the Anton- Saefkow and Volkaspark in Friedrichshain invite you to relax. The vacation apartment is well connected to the other parts of the city: 100m away from the tram M4 (Alexanderplatz 10min., Haeckscher Maerkt 12min.), 300m to the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße.
You can reach the central station in 10min. and the Freidrichstraße and Gendarmenmarkt in 12minutes.
