The Apartments

The 9 recently-restructured apartments are divided among two farmhouses and a small villa. All the apartments are elegantly and comfortably furnished in the Tuscan style.

Types of apartments:
Two room apartment (2-4 people): master bedroom, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, bathroom. Located on the ground floor with a private area in the garden equipped with table and chairs.

Three room apartment (4-6 people): master bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or double bed, living room with kitchenette and divan with a double bed, 2 bathrooms. Located on the ground floor, first floor or mansard (second floor) with a private garden equipped with table and chairs.

Location and surroundings

The beautiful “Agricola Fraschiera” is located at a distance of 3km from the small town of Valpiana in the middle of olive groves, vineyards and rounded hills. A relaxing and peaceful holiday is guaranteed.

In Valpiana guests will find a bakery, small supermarket, church, post office, pharmacy, cafeteria/ice-cream shop, pizzeria and restaurant.

The beautiful historical centre of Massa Marittima is only 7km away and is also worth visiting, with its cathedral, museums, ancient borough, many shops and restaurants. The town also hosts interesting cultural events.

The sea and splendid sandy beaches can be found in the Gulf of Follonica, at a distance of about 15km.
