There are two terraces complete with table, chairs and barbecue.Location and surroundings
We are in San Juan de los Terreros, 10 km south of Aguilas (Murcia) and 100 km north of Almeria. This means that we are situated close to the Murcia/Andalucia border on the Costa Calida which averages 324 days of sunshine per year and is perfect for all seasons. Even during the winter the climate is normally very mild. Our apartments, however, are equipped with heating should this become necessary. The lovely sandy beach is only 300m from the apartments .The whole area offers many leisure pursuits including walking, swimming, diving, fishing and golf. There is a choice of golf courses within easy reach, especially the famous Desert Springs which is close to the interesting town of Cuevas de Almanzora and only half an hour from the apartm.
