The residence	The vacation rental In the heart of the Etruscan coast, between the green shadowy pine-woods and the sunny beaches of „Rimigliano Park“, you can find your apartments „Futura c.a.v.“. We offer apartments with two or three rooms (1/2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom), on the ground floor or on the upper floor with terrace and a view on the sea, equipped with every comfort, TV, washing-machine and heating in winter; tables and chairs in the open air. The beach is a sandy beach, free and also private, where you can rent beach umbrellas and beach chairs. The residence is only 1 Km far from the centre, and the nearest shops for food are only 200 m away.
Our garden	The surrounding area San Vincenzo, located in the heart of Etruscan civilisation, a short way from all the Tuscan art centres, is an ideal departure point for trips by foot or by bicycle in the nature, like alternative to swimming on the beach. An example, the wonderful pine-woods of the Natural Parks of Val di Cornia; the San Silvestro Archeological-Mineral Park – a splendid open-air museum – which tells the fascinating story of how metal was worked from Etruscan times on; The Caldana Hot Springs at Venturina, already known in Etruscan and Roman times. Not to forget a visit to Massa Marittima, Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci. And also Siena, Volterra, Pisa, from 10 to 90 Km far away.
Our Solarium	Activities The town is very well equipped for sports and free time, and gives the tourists the chance of doing all sorts of activities. The nearby Caldana Hot Springs also allow a curative stay. The wildlife Oasis of the Rimigliano National Park suggests walks through untouched and protected nature. Come night time, there are plenty of opportunities for entertainment and pleasure in the various night spots that offer a wide choice for people of all ages. For the lovers of gastronomy there is a wide choice of establishments with dishes that vary from the wholesome products of the nearby hills and countryside. In and around San Vincenzo flourish the production of wine with the D.O.C. “Val di Cornia” and “Bolgheri”, and the extravergine Olive Oil, in accordance with the best Tuscan traditions. Val di Cornia DOC wines, togheter with those from Bolgheri, Montescudaio and Bibbona, are typical of the prestigious, quality wines produced along the Costa degli Etruschi. The extra-virgin olive oil produced by local growers, is also of excellent quality. Along the wine route are farmhouses, agricultural holdings and farm holiday centres, where local produces and gastronomic specialities such as game, fruits and vegetables, honey, grappa, salami, cured meats and cheeses, can be purches. A place of honour is reserved for the “Campiglia Schiaccia”, a cake with ancient origins which boasts the DOP (protected Origin) mark.

Travel information

To arrive follow the motorway to Livorno, than the freeway Aurelia no. 1, direction Grosseto/Roma, till the exit San Vincenzo nord.
Go down, direction Piombino-Elba; at the second rotatory turn on the right, under the railway. Than on the left, in “Principessa” street. After about 500 m turn on the right: you are in “via della Repubblica”, go down to the number 44, you’ll find our apartments.
Auto not necessary: rail station and centre about 1 Km far away.
Airport of Pisa (where it is possible to rent a car): 70 Km.
