Children Playground	The vacation rental The country house has been recently renewed and is located in a private park, surrounded by olive trees and dense woods, but just 200 m away from the seaside. The Residence consists of 15 flats. We offer modern and comfortable furnished and equipped two-room or three-room apartments. The two-room apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one living-room with a kitchen, table and chairs and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower; the three-room apartment also has a double room with two beds. The apartments are either on the ground floor or on the first floor. Available for all: own tables and chairs in the open air, barbecues and gazeboes, a children playground, a little football field and a volleyball field on the grass, possibility to play table-tennis, to play bocce and a parking-place in the open air
Panorama	The surrounding area Quercianella is about 10 km south of Livorno. Well-cared Tuscan villas surrounded by lovely gardens, the clear sea waters and thick woods over the hills with pine trees, cypresses and oaks represent the peaceful character of the village. In the village centre about 700 m away from the house you can find little shops, newsagent, ice-cream producer, bar, pharmacy, post office, bank with money drawer and restaurants. Bigger supermarkets and shopping centres are a few minutes away by car or bus.
Garden Tables	Activities Quercianella is between seaside and hills. The typical light sea breeze and the thick woods around make the climate mild all year round. Quercianella is an ideal place for your holidays by the seaside, to relax and enjoy yourself and also to practice sport activities. Two little yacht harbours, a sailing school and a diving school, which can make you discover the beauties of the underwater world, are at your disposal. Quercianella is also an ideal place to start your trips to the worthiest sight-seeing places of the Coast of the Etruscans like Volterra Populonia and Bolgheri or simply to the most famous cities Pisa Lucca and Florence reachable in less than one hour. Through the hills of Quercianella hinterland there are trekking and biking tracks. A highlight is the cooking of the area with its local fish specialities, to be most impressively tasted on the terraces of restaurants by the seaside, or wild port and meat specialities that you can test in the countryside. A two-room flat is for max. 4 people, about 45 sqm large, has a living-room, a bedroom with double bed, a bath with shower wc and bidet. In the living-room there is modern kitchen (gas rings, electric oven, big fridge with freezer) kitchen equipment, a place where to eat, a sofa-bed and a tv with sat antenna. The sofa-bed in the living-room as well as the beds in the bedrooms are solid and the mattresses are new. In each apartment there is a sage. In front of the door of the apartments on the ground floor or just downstairs of the apartments on the first floor there is a table and chairs belonging to each apartment where you can sit in the open air.
