On this photo you see our cottage with on the rigt side the French doors of our holiday house.
Our holiday cottage for 2 (or 3) people is very enjoyable and cosy, well equiped, and in 2003 classified 4 stars.
From the French doors you have a splendid view on the dunes of De Koog. |
Nature reserve 'De Slufter', Texel

The surrounding area
We live near the nature reserve "De Nederlanden", a real scenic dune area. You will love to walk and cycle in "De Nederlanden", "de Muy", "de Slufter" and all other nature parks on Texel.
On foot it takes 5 minutes to the dunes and the forest and 15 minutes to the beautiful beach, where you can find quiet places, even in the summerseason.
There are a lot of different beautiful walking tours.
On Texel you will find 120 km of cycle-paths for the most beautiful cycle-tours through the dunes, forests, and picturesque villages.

A lovely holiday on the island Texel at an authentic 19th century farmer's cottage in a cozy holiday house with a view on the dunes of the national park "De Nederlanden".
