The Holiday Apartments
The apartments sre situated in a private apartmenthouse in Dolní Rokytnice not far from the towncentre and the skiresort Studenov.
The house comprises 4 apartments and is situated in a quiet location on the sunny southern side. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. The owner lives in the house.
Each apartment has its own bathroom (in 2 apartments separate toilet), and living room with kitchen unit. In 3 apartments there are 2 bedrooms, each for 2 persons, and a couch (extra bed) in living room.
In one apt. there are 1 bedroom for 2 persons and 2 separate beds in the living room.
In summer there are terrace, grill meadow for children’s playing in summertime outside picnic area with grill, campfire and table tennis available for you. In wintertime you can use shared ski- room and skishoe-drye.
