The Holiday apartment
Our little family holiday home sleeps four people. It is completely modernised, with a new kitchen, a new bathroom, everything you could want, even a wireless connection, and a computer for you to use. We can supply towels and linen. Fishing rods, golf clubs, all is supplied.
There is a kitchen, a dining room, a lounge, two bedrooms, bathroom, a drying room and a garage and parking area. One double bed, two single beds and a cot.
Naturally, there is television, dvd player, video recorder, games, books and help for your visit
We have a little Highland garden, at the foot of a 3,000 metre mountain. The bay is at the window.
You are in the heart of ancient Scotland. It is a seductive place.

Glencoe is the most romantic and historic of the Scottish glens. The villages are peaceful, people do not lock their doors at night. Life is lived as it should be amongst this spectacular scenery. We are surrounded by the most magnificent mountains. There is a good and inexpensive restaurant, just 400 metres away.
There are spectacular views and sea lochs everywhere, the wild life is exotic. There are eagles in the Glen, cruises to find whales nearby. Beaches for the children to explore, and ancient castles to visit, even mysterious 3,000 year old standing stones in the village nearby. There are easy walks and strenuous mountain climbs also.

Further activities
In the two Highlands towns nearby there is every facility. This area is called the Outdoor Capital of the Country. There are sea cruises, canoeing, trips to the Inner Hebrides by big boats. The famous Harry Potter train leaves from Fort William. The restaurants are excellent, and the welcome everywhere is warm and friendly.

From Glasgow airport it is 2 hours by car, and you are already on the main road. It goes beside the famous Loch Lomond, across Rannoch Moor, and then down the spectacular Glencoe itself. Our cottage is 6 km beyond the village

Notes
- Between 1 May and 1 November we only offer week breaks from Saturday to Saturday. This is why you need to look on our website for our up to date availability (link below).
- Between 1 November and 31 April we can offer short holiday breaks. Three days over the weekend, from Fri to Monday and 4 days at midweek, Monday to Friday.
- These are the lowest rates in the area for short breaks. Please ask us.
- We charge 13 euros for towels and linen for our housekeeper.
