The Holiday Apartment
Absolutely quiet, very sunny location at the outskirts of Bischofswiesen in 650 m above sea level. Meadows and woods border on our property. Our approx. 50 sqm non-smoking vacation dwelling with an entrance of its own, is located in the first floor in a southerly direction of our detached house. All rooms are equipped with foot underfloor central heating and parquet or terracotta flooring. Leaving the bedroom or living room you can enjoy sitting comfortably on the big terrace with an awning.

Location and surroundings
You reach the adjacent walks directly from the house to Loipl, Hochschwarzeck or to the “Dead Man”. In winter you can do skiing or snowboarding in the ski-center “Götschen”. A natural toboggan run is in an immediate proximity. The center of Bischofswiesen with all shopping facilities can be reached within a ten minutes walk. The Aschauerweiherbad is the biggest natural bath and in winter a cross-country skiing center, and it is no more than five minutes away by car. The center of Berchtesgaden is in ten minutes distance, you need a quarter of an hour up to the world-famous lake Königssee. In half an hour’s drive you are in the health resort Bad Reichenhall or in Salzburg.

Arrival
Via the motorway München-Salzburg (A 8), leave at exit Bad Reichenhall/Berchtesgaden and go on the B 20 to Bad Reichenhall, and then to Bischofswiesen via Bayerisch Gmain. Turn right at the second traffic light and cross the bridge and the railroad crossing. Go along Steingasse and turn right into Keilhofgasse. Turn left into the third street which is the Grabenweg. Turn into the last drive left where you can find the sign “Ferienwohnung Menzinger”.
