The vacation rental
The vacation dwelling is located in the "House to the Sea". The complete attic storey is at your disposal of approx. 53 sqm. The living room is very spacious and kitchen line and dinette equipped more completely. A sleep couch stands with a generous couch area there. Furthermore there is a bedroom with double bed and a shower and bath as well as boxroom. The facilities consist of modern full wooden furniture. The equipment is fond of children and elevated. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons.
The apartment is established completely and had radio at one's disposal with CD player, TV with Sat connection, coffee machine, electrical water cooker, microwave and baby or extra-bed. |

The surrounding area
The "House to the Sea" was built approx. 1920 and modernized to this day constantly. It is in the Badestrasse and is built in the typical brick style. The distance to the miles long south beach with its promenade only amounts to approx. 200 meters. It is a very neat residential area situated directly on the woods. 5 suites are located, this one in the house everyone is used as vacation dwellings. A lawn is behind the house with children's playground. Garden furnitures are available. One parking space is part of the apartment. There is a bicycle cellar for every apartment in the cellar of the house. In addition, a washing machine and dryer is available. The surroundings of the apartment are characterized by the proximity to the beach and the opposite woods. A baker is in 100 m of distance. There are different catering trade enterprises for nearbier surroundings. It is only 200 m to the spa authorities. The sea water-wave bath, the health cure middle house and a crazy golf plant are also only 300 m away.

Activities
The North Sea medicinal bath Wyk since over 180 years seaside resort is characterized by the year-round health cure business, the modern health cure center with the sea water-wave bath aquaWYK-FÖHR and health cure middle house attached, by which over a 100-year spa garden, the health cure promenade with the unique view of a hallig and the only port of Föhr. Wyk is center of the broad diversified leisure amenities on Föhr and invites to strolling and staying. Since fresh sea air makes hungrily it indicates in Wyk for a multitude to restaurants and cafés which offers you also regional specialties like crabs and mussels. You almost get everything in the Wyker purchase zone from the Friesentee over rubber boots and voyage memory. For the daily need you find many supermarkets. The business hours are longer than normal here in the summer months. Framed by the island nurses Amrum and Sylt and the Halligen the second biggest German North Sea island, Föhr, lies in the middle of the national park mudflats. Discover the beauty of sea, beach, waves, and watts, the kindest is cookie in the midst of the rough North Sea and this to every season not far from Denmark. Föhr!
The air is clear and pure in spring and loads on almost car-free ways to walking and cycling. Lively life slowly moves and the first canopied beach chairs announce the summer.
Mighty trees donate shade and protection from sun and wind in Alleen and Parks in summer. Sea and beach invite to taking a bath for finding out in the watt or simple for lying and enjoying in the sun.
Nature lets itself be seen in your blaze of color in fall. The temperatures are particularly balanced. The sun radiation is quite even and still invites to tan. Then is the time of the storms, too and one also hears the roaring of the sea in the living room.

Travel information
You can arrive with the train or with the car. The ferry passage of Dagebüll to Wyk on Föhr is tide independent and lasts approx. 45 minutes. The most comfortable and most environmentally harmless way to travel to Föhr is beyond all doubt the train which brings you directly up to the ferry investor in Dagebüll. A7 Hamburg Flensburg achieves who arrives with the car the ferry port Dagebüll over the A23 Hamburg Heide, the B5 about Husum. You park the car in Dagebüll or take it along to Föhr, then reserve your ferry place early, please. |
