Wonderful non-smoking 45 m2 bed&breakfast holiday apartment overlooking Venice without full kitchen, but with all comforts: wc,m shower, conditioning, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, boiler, wifi, internet, dolby cd & radio player, satellite tv, small library, board games etc.
A dream also for most Venetians that would love to enjoy sunset from Venice's roofs. Main bedroom with romantic mirrors-independent access to the holiday apartment (4th floor) a few yards from local market and pharmacy - in the popular area of San Lorenzo and San Francesco della vigna.

We are only a few steps from Scuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni (carpaccio), 7 min. walk from San Marco square, 5 min. walk from arsenale and biennale d'arte expo, 5 min walk from Vivaldi's Chiesa della Pieta' and waterfront overlooking San Giorgio isle.
Local open air market and supermarket very close to the vacation apartment, 10 min walk from via garibaldi area, but still the most habitated area by Venitians with stores and tiny nice restaurants and osterias.

Erstklassiges Appartement in zentraler Lage Venedigs

by Mr. M. from SchweizDas gut ausgestattete Appartement bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig sind.
Dazu gehört der große Flachbildschirm TV; allerdings ist die Programmauswahl für deutschsprachige Gäste nicht ganz befriedigend. Ein PC mit Internetanschluss befindet sich im Appartement und steht den Gästen frei zur Verfügung. Mitgebrachte Geräte können über WLAN mit dem Internet verbunden werden.
Die Möblierung hat einen sehr guten Standard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zuoberst im Haus im 4. Stock. Leider gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl. Ein Bijou ist der Sitzplatz auf dem Hausdach. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und den Blick über die Dächer Venedigs genießen.
Kleine Probleme ergeben sich für groß gewachsene Gäste, die hie und da den Kopf etwas einziehen müssen.
