The vacation rental
Our object renovated completely newly contains four vacation dwellings of 52 sqm to 68 sqm. It directly and anyway quietly and in the center forms the ideal starting point at the access road to the sports places in the Thuringian woods for a restful or sporting vacation. The apartments are arranged, bright and kind individually and dispose respectively over a bedroom, a kitchen fitted out completely, shower and toilet, as well as a living room which can be changed by means of a sleep couch to a second bedroom. Furthermore which one is attainable by means of stairs from the living room disposes the apartment with 68 sqm of living space of an additional bedroom.
The object has been reopened at 12-15-2003 again after the rehabilitation at which the historical charm of the building from the time's emperor of Wilhelm most largely was kept.
In principle, cable TV and radio belong to the equipment. Parking lots are at the house available, as well a ski-/ bicycle cellar. To not burden you with an unnecessary baggage, bed linen is put. Towels can be put on enquiry. A washing machine and a tumble-drier is available against charges.

The surrounding area
A restaurant lies directly next to the building, the sports high school and the sports hotel are located in an immediate neighbourhood. The world-famous winter sports places like the biathlon stadium, the bobsleigh and toboggan run or the ski-jumps also can be reached favorably and loaded to pursue international competitions by us. Cross-country ski runs are a chairlift, however, is also available in upper court with alpine ski slope nearby. To the racing path it is approx. 800 m the place core with a versatile catering trade and the bus station can be reached on foot comfortably. There are rental company possibilities for pieces of sports equipment in upper court. A heated experience bath (“racing path thermal” spring) with a generous sauna area offers diversion after the winter sports.
