The Holiday Apartment

The holiday house was built in the year 2003 and reconditioned in the year 2006. It is 3km far away from the sea and 9km from the city.

Our garden has a size of 300m2, which naturally also our guests may use. 2 parking lots are present on property. Garden furniture and grill, as well as swing for the children are to our guests at the disposal.

Special features

Central heating available! Current heating transportably. In our holiday house they spend cosy holidays in spring as well as in the autumn.

In the vacation homes fans are present for cooling. When desired also a rowing boat is placed from the landlords to the order.

Location and surroundings

Our holiday house is approx. distant for 12km from Labin.

The environment consists by the majority of forest, meadows, wine gardens, as it were nature purely. Here with us they can recover from your everyday life stress and again load the batteries! Bicycle drivers, ramblers and other nature lovers are exact with us at the correct address!
